CSTC/GSI Delivered One 55,500DWT Chemical/Product Oil Tanker to IMC Holdings Limited.

On 9th June 2021, one 55,000DWT Chemical/Product Oil Tanker was delivered by China Shipbuilding Trading Co., Ltd. (CSTC) / Guangzhou Shipyard International Co., Ltd. (GSI) to IMC HOLDINGS LIMITED. Representatives of the CSTC, GSI, IMC and CSSC leasing attended the ceremony and signed the delivery documents.

CSTC/GSI Signed Eight 49,600 DWT Chemical/Product Oil Tanker Contracts with HENGYI Group

On 18th May 2021, eight 49,600DWT Chemical/Product Oil Tanker shipbuilding contracts were signed by China Shipbuilding Trading Co., Ltd. (CSTC), Guangzhou Shipyard International Co., Ltd.(GSI) with HENGYI GROUP. Representatives of the CSTC, GSI and HENGYI GROUP signed the shipbuilding contracts.

CSTC and DSIC Delivered one 308,000 DWT VLCC to CSIC Leasing

On 8th May, CSTC and DSIC delivered a 308,000 DWT VLCC to CSIC Leasing. This vessel is the first VLCC independently invested by CSIC Leasing in DSIC. Representatives of all parties attended the delivery ceremony and signed the delivery documents.

3 Type 22 Green Container Vessels Project Signed! CSTC Complete The Annual Target In Advance!

On 30th April, a subsidiary company of China State Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. (CSSC) - China Shipbuilding Trading Co., Ltd., (CSTC) joined hands with her sister companies Jiangnan Shipyard (Group) co.,Ltd., the Hudong-Zhonghua Shipbuilding (Group) Co., Ltd., and Qingdao Beihai Shipbuilding Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. to undertake a container ships project from CMA CGM. Mr. Sun Wei-the vice president of CSSC Group，and Mr. Xavier LECLERCQ，Executive vice president of CMA CGM，attended the signing ceremony.

An European Owner Orders Four 1,900 TEU Container Vessels

On 21st day of April, China Shipbuilding Trading Co., Ltd (CSTC) and Huangpu Wenchong Shipbuilding Co., Ltd (HPWS), both subsidiaries of China State Shipbuilding Corporation Limited. (CSSC), signed newbuilding contract of four 1,900 TEU container vessels with European owner Briese Schiffahrt through online meeting.

More than 10 Billion RMB! The First Quarter Ended Perfectly! CSSC Takes the Largest Container Ship Order

On 31st March 2021, China Shipbuilding Trading Co., Ltd. (CSTC), Dalian Shipbuilding Industry Co., Ltd (DSIC), and Guangzhou Shipyard International Co., Ltd. (GSI), all being subsidiaries of China State Shipbuilding Corporation Limited(CSSC), successfully secured an order for 13 units of 16,000 TEU container ships, with a total amount of more than 10 billion RMB. This order became into effective immediately upon signing of the Contract, and is the largest container ship order won by CSSC, which marked a major achievements of CSSC in exploring commercial ship market and products’ transformation and upgrading after its reorganization and integration, and drew a successful end to CSSC’s marine business marketing in the first quarter of 2021.
