(QBS) have inked a contract with a renowned Greek owner for the construction of one Suezmax tanker. CSSC QBS Delivers First VLCC Ahead of Schedule

QINGDAO, China – November 4, 2025 – China Shipbuilding Trading Co., Ltd. (‘CSTC’) and CSSC Qingdao Beihai Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. (‘QBS’) held successfully a naming ceremony for the first two 319,000 DWT ammonia-ready VLCCs ordered by Belgium-based CMB.TECH. The first one, namely “ATREBATES”, is planned to be delivered on November 10, 2025, seven months ahead of the original contractual schedule. Its sister vessel, “EBURONES”, is also scheduled for early delivery in the coming months.
