CSTC & Chengxi Delivered a 21500 DWT Self Unloader to Oldendorff Carriers GmbH & Co. KG

On 22^nd July, China Shipbuilding Trading Co.,LTD. (CSTC) and Chengxi Shipyard delivered one 21,500 METRIC TONS DEADWEIGHT SELF UNLOADER BULKCARRIER, to Oldendorff Carriers GmbH & Co. KG based in Germany. Representatives of CSTC, Chengxi Shipyard and ship owner signed the delivery documents.

 The length overall of the vessel is 145 meters while the breadth moulded is 34 meters and the depth moulded is 12 meters. It was built in accordance with the rules and regulation of the Japanese Classification Society (NK). It was adopted a full rotary electric propulsion system and was equipped with one set of efficient transmission and unloading system and two 10-meter eccentric cranes. It has both self-loading and unloading functions, and the unloading capacity reaches 2600 tons per hour. Besides, it meets Tier III requirements and the latest Sox emission requirements. The vessel is the last of the two 21,500 METRIC TONS DEADWEIGHT SELF UNLOADER BULKCARRIER constructed by CSTC/ Chengxi for the owner. The successful delivery of the ship marks a perfect completion of this project.

CSTC and Chengxi cooperated closely during construction and delivery of this project and actively communicated with the ship-owner with win-win principle in mind. The smooth delivery of the ship has further deepened the relationship between CSTC/Chengxi and ship-owner, and has further enhanced CSTC/Chengxi’ s influence and strength in the sector of Self-unloading Vessel.
