CSTC and Bohai Shipyard Delivered one 210,000 DWT Bulk Carrier to Berge Bulk

On 27th July, the naming ceremony of "Berge Bobotov", a 210,000 DWT bulk carrier built by Bohai Shipyard was held. The vessel was formally delivered on the next day, and representatives of all parties attended the delivery ceremony and signed the delivery document.
The series of 210,000 DWT Newcastlemax bulk carriers is independently developed and designed by Bohai Shipyard. Berge Bobotov is 300 meters in length, 49 meters in width, and 25.2 in meters depth, with design speed of 14.2 knots. It is classified by American Bureau of Shipping.
Berge Bobotov is the last vessel in the series of eleven 210,000 DWT Newcastlemax built for Berge Bulk. The efficient communication and cooperation between CSTC and Bohai Shipyard during the construction ensured the smooth delivery of the vessel, which also marks a success closing of this series project.

CSSC Beihai Shipbuilding Hits Suezmax Milestone
Recently, China Shipbuilding Trading Co., Ltd. (CSTC) and CSSC Qingdao Beihai Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. (QBS) have inked a contract with a renowned Greek owner for the construction of one Suezmax tanker. This latest deal brings the total number of QBS’s Suezmax orders to three, marking the significant entry of the shipyard into this key ship type newbuilding segment.
