On December 28^th, the steel cutting ceremony of the first medium size LNG carrier which is built for JOVO Group, was held at Jiangnan Shipyard.

With overall length of 229.99m, width of 36m, depth of 21.5m, design draft of 9.8m and scantling draft of 10.4m, the vessel is equipped with MARK III Flex cargo handling system and is developed and designed by Jiangnan Shipyard.

JOVO Group, the listed domestic company, is a large private natural gas infrastructure operator and gas provider including LNG and LPG, mainly for power generation, industrial fuel gas, urban gas, etc.

The principle of "mutual trust and win-win cooperation" was implemented by all parties from the very beginning. It ensures the steel cutting milestone which marks the vessel has entered the construction stage.

China Shipbuilding Trading Co., Ltd. (CSTC) and Dalian Shipbuilding Industry Co., Ltd. (DSIC), both subsidiaries of China State Shipbuilding Corporation Limited (CSSC), as co-sellers, delivered one 16,000 TEU container vessel to Minsheng Financial Leasing Co., Ltd.
