On 21^st day of April, China Shipbuilding Trading Co., Ltd (CSTC) and Huangpu Wenchong Shipbuilding Co., Ltd (HPWS), both subsidiaries of China State Shipbuilding Corporation Limited. (CSSC), signed newbuilding contract of four 1,900 TEU container vessels with European owner Briese Schiffahrt through online meeting.

The design is from HPWS, having better technological performance and higher efficiency. This year, HPWS has achieved several contracts of 1,900 TEU container vessels. This contract will help HPWS to seize more market share in the future.

This is the first cooperation between CSSC Group and Briese Group. Briese Group is the world third-largest company in(全称) MPP market, and is reputed for its moderate operation style. Briese would like to expand its fleet of container vessels.

Project teams of CSTC and HPWS have enjoyed seamless cooperation during this fast-pace negotiation, and look forward to further cooperation.

China Shipbuilding Trading Co., Ltd. (CSTC) and Dalian Shipbuilding Industry Co., Ltd. (DSIC), both subsidiaries of China State Shipbuilding Corporation Limited (CSSC), as co-sellers, delivered one 16,000 TEU container vessel to Minsheng Financial Leasing Co., Ltd. (Minsheng Leasing) on October 30th. The new vessel is the first 16,000TEU container vessel and also the biggest container vessel for Minsheng Leasing and will be on a long-term bareboat charter to Mediterranean Shipping Company (MSC).0
